how do i move all of my outlook info

I need to move all of my info in outlook (emails, contacts, calander etc.) from outlook 2003 to a new computer and outlook 2007
I know i can use a pst file but am i correct in stating that it is contacts only?
What can I do about the rest of the information

That depends on how/what email you connect to. Is this corporate email, or email you get from a web service (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc)?

.PST's usually house ALL Outlook items including mail, contacts, calendar, tasks etc, so if you have the .PST file, you should have everything you need.

Just copy the file to a new computer, setup outlook on the new computer then import the .pst and off you go.
