USB To PS2 adaptor

Quick one...

Just to be sure...

Can the Green adapters (that were typically supplied to convert a USB mouse to connect to a ps2 port) be used to convert a usb keyboard to connect to the PS2 Keybord port?

I just want to make sure if the color (Green or Purple) matters...

Thanks!

;-)

I don't know that I've ever tried it, but I think it should work.  Give it a shot, you'll know soon enough.

My own experience with this is spotty.  Some work, some do not, and the only way to find out is, as dkrollCTN says, try it and see.

As far as I know, you need Purple for keyboards, and Green for Mice.
