In SharePoint 2007 there was an option called &quot;Edit Access&quot; in Item-level Permissions which allows the contributor to add new items but not edit/delete it. &nbsp;But in SharePoint 2010 it's now grouped together as &quot;Create and Edit Access&quot; so if I select 'None', users cannot even submit new items.<br />
