urgent - websites going down after a few minutes

After a reboot, our hosted sites (about 20 of them) are each going down after about 10 minutes or so.

When the sites go down, we find-out they have gone down because we get this message:

The connection has timed out

The server at www.piratewear.com is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
    moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
    connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Here are the server specs ( IIS 7  )

Intel Xeon CPU   2.53 GHz  (dual)

4 Gig RAM

64 bit OS

Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard

We had a failed update for Service Pack 1 just before our troubles started.
