Is a voice activated spread sheet even possible?

I've heard of human voice to give commands to a computer.

1. Is it possible to use voice to send commands to a create a spread sheet?

I have a document that takes over 30 hours to complete by hand.
Entering the information on a spread sheet like Excel, would be no quicker than using a pencil and doing it by hand.

There would need to be 6 columns.
I could use my keyboard's "enter" key  and space bar, etc. to move from column to column and then go to the next line.

2. Is it possible for the text and numbers, for each of the 6 items, to be typed by voice activation?

3. How do voice activated programs allow handicapped persons to type an e-mail, etc.

There are specialized programs for people who have special needs. Windows 7 comes with built-in speech recognition software which works reasonably well.
