CRM not working externally

Hi All,

I need urgent help with this one.

Yesterday I was in the process of reconfiguring the CRM IFD tool, which in the attempt to get the the outlook plugin sucessfully connected for those users who are located outside the local network. As I have mentioned in a seperate post the CRM web browser worked fine and I was only having issues with the CRM for outlook client. However since attempting to configure the IFD tool yesterday the CRM browser can no longer be accessed outside the network. the browser (and outlook client work fine internally) so I am just wondering if the problem relates to the changes made to the config file and database, whilst configuring the IFD tool? Any thoughts, Is there a way I can remove these changes and hopefully get the browser working and accessible again from outside the network.

If anyone has suggestions and advice, that would be greatly appreciated as I desprately need to fix this issue.

Thanks,
Adrian
