Formatting MS Word for Legal doc

I'm writing a legal doc...  Need a line across near the bottom, and then will write my name, case number, etc.  

How do I do this?

Do you want the line, your name, and case number at the bottom of every page? If so, you want to use the page footer.

In Word 2010, go to the Insert tab, Header & Footer section, and click Footer.
