Deletion in a nested table, how it works?

I have created an object like this to use in the table "ETL_ADT"
definition for the same is at the bottom.

CREATE TYPE change_history_t AS OBJECT (
   column_name VARCHAR2(30),
   old_value   VARCHAR2(2000),
   new_value   VARCHAR2(2000));
CREATE TYPE change_history IS TABLE OF change_history_t;
   Table_name  varchar2(30),
   keycolumn1  varchar2(30),
   timestamp   date,
   change_his change_history)
NESTED TABLE change_his STORE AS history;

after inserting records for ETL_ADT , I gave a normal delete statement to delete the records.
This deletes the records in ETL_ADT table. I just want to make sure whether the records I inserted for "change_his" will exist somewhere, or it will also be deleted?
