pxactplugin?
Does anyone recognize an ACT plugin named pxactplugin? It appeared within the last couple of months and I'm not sure from where. It displays a small (1 inch by 3 inch) dialog box when ACT starts but doesn't appear to do anything. I'd like to eliminate it but am not sure where it came from or what it is.
It does not appear in the WinXP Add/Remove programs list nor do I see any new menus or buttons in ACT.

Have you looked for any files in the Plugins or Tools folder under ACT! that might show the developer?

Yes -- I tried that but didn't find any files with names even vaguely like "pxactplugin". I guess I could rename the files one by one, restarting ACT in between, to see when the add-in doesn't start...
What version/build of ACT! - from Help | About?
After starting and exiting ACT!, run LogViewer.exe (in the ACT! folder in Program files) ... this can show what Plugins were started
Or look at: %AppData%\ACT\ACT Data\DependentDlls.xml

I deleted the tag for the Exponenciel addon from the XML file and I didn't get the pxactplugin dialog on startup -- so that must be the culprit. Thanks, Mike.
Thanks also for the upgrade tip.
