Wordpress 3.2.1| Not able to upload any image/media files

Hi,
I moved my blog site from one hosting isp to another and now I am not able to upload any media files.  I am returned attached error.
I looked at all file permissions and they are fine. Not sure why this error keeps on coming back to me?

Please advise.

Thanks

Assign 766 recursive permissions to wp-contents folder of your blog

chmod -R 766 wp-contents/

you need to set write permission for your upload folder specified in that error.

can you check the permissions for the file media-upload.php ?

you need to set the permission for the folder (wp-contents ) and all its subdirectories

not for the php file

Hi,
What should be the permissions on folder wp-contents? 755 or 766?

Thanks
Commented:
766 but since you said this happens at your new ISP there is probably some type of mod_security issue.  You might want to contact them about this error.

You might also try disabling all your plugins to check for a conflict, but if it worked with the same plugins on your old server that's probably a longshot
