You need to use the Xerox Scan Utility. If the manual linked by Moomin83 does not give you the answers you want, please tell us what the problem is. Do you get any error messages? Are you scanning by using the Scan button on the Phaser? Can you select the folder?

Glad you got the XPs working. Win7 drivers would not be on the printer CD as the printer was released quite a while ago and Xerox rarely update the CD. However, Win7 drivers can be found <a href="http://www.support.xerox.com/support/phaser-8560mfp/downloads/enus.html?operatingSystem=win7&fileLanguage=en" rel="ugc">here</a>.

I have the win 7 drivers, my question is how does this work when scanning to pc. The 7 drivers have no scan utility. At least not as far as i can see.

The manual for the Phaser was incomplete at best for addressing the domain scan issue. My solution wokred and worked well anyone else trying to do the same would wise to read it.

Xerox 8560 phaser

A printer is a peripheral which makes a persistent human readable representation of graphics or text on paper or similar physical media.
