QoS is not simple, which is why Cisco created auto-QoS, which is basically a script that configures default settings. &nbsp;I would start there.

I have a 6Mbps Circuit at my Corporate Office. &nbsp;I have two branch office's that each have their own T1. &nbsp;We have setup Polycom Video Conferencing between all three sites(the three locations have a VPN to each other). &nbsp;All three sites have a cisco 3650 and I was curious if someone could provide me with a configuration on how to give video traffic priority using QOS or any other means. &nbsp;We do not use video conferencing very often, but when we do I want to make sure the quality is as good as it can be. &nbsp;Thanks.

A switch is a device that filters and forwards packets of data between LAN segments. Switches operate at the data link layer or the network layer of the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) Reference Model and therefore support any packet protocol.
