QOS for Video Conferencing on Cisco 3650 Switch

I have a 6Mbps Circuit at my Corporate Office.  I have two branch office's that each have their own T1.  We have setup Polycom Video Conferencing between all three sites(the three locations have a VPN to each other).  All three sites have a cisco 3650 and I was curious if someone could provide me with a configuration on how to give video traffic priority using QOS or any other means.  We do not use video conferencing very often, but when we do I want to make sure the quality is as good as it can be.  Thanks.

QoS is not simple, which is why Cisco created auto-QoS, which is basically a script that configures default settings.  I would start there.
