QOS for Video Conferencing on Cisco 3650 Switch

I have a 6Mbps Circuit at my Corporate Office.  I have two branch office's that each have their own T1.  We have setup Polycom Video Conferencing between all three sites(the three locations have a VPN to each other).  All three sites have a cisco 3650 and I was curious if someone could provide me with a configuration on how to give video traffic priority using QOS or any other means.  We do not use video conferencing very often, but when we do I want to make sure the quality is as good as it can be.  Thanks.

QoS is not simple, which is why Cisco created auto-QoS, which is basically a script that configures default settings.  I would start there.

I'm looking at the link above but I don't see an auto qos for video, unless of just missing it.
pls check first if your switch can accept QoS command ...
for e.g
interface GigabitEthernet0/2
des **** WAN Interface ****
service-policy output VIDEO

policy-map VIDEO
 class VIDEO
priority percent 25 --------------------give as per requirement

class-map match-any VIDEO
 description Video Conference
 match ip dscp af41
 match ip dscp af42
 match ip dscp af43
match access-group name Video -----ACL of polycom devices

on LAN port were Polycom device is connected..
int g0/15
mls qos trust cos

if service-policy not supported on interface  u have to use rate limit

rate-limit output access-group 155 500000 500 500 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop
rate-limit output 60000000 60000 60000 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop

ACL 155 u have to put polycom IP
