Just wondering if there is a way to put some sort of title on Lotus Notes View. I am thinking to put it on the action bar section but don't see a way to do it. I included the screenshot to show you what I am trying to do

Would a view, embedded on a form or a page do?

I have some action buttons for the users to use. Can those be shown in the embedded form or page?

Just try it, create a page, embed the view, and open the page. Or create a Frameset where you show the view in the bottom frame and some small page with a title in the top frame.

If you keep the actions in the view, they should i.m.o all work. If you move them from the view to the page or form on which you embed the view, I'd expect some rework.

A frameset can indeed be a good alternative. Easy to set the view to max. size as well!

For web access you can look at using a form called $$ViewTemplate for xxxx and just add in a field called $$ViewBody where the view will appear. Above and below this field you can add what you like to make a nice presentable view. This works for people accessing the view using a browser or mobile not a Notes Client unfortunately.

Another thought:
If you only have a few action buttons (i.e. space left in the action bar), you could use a background image in the action bar, containing a title. Mind the repeat!
