Exchange 2003 Message Tracking searching wrong server
We are running exchange 2003 on two servers a frontend and backend. When I try to search for an email and put in the hostname of the backend server, it switches to the frontend server. There are no messaging logs on the frontend server. Emails go out of the backend server and the logs are current and up to date.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? I’ve even disabled message tracking on the frontend server with no success.

Do you have any routing group connectors/is the front-end server configured as a bridgehead?
ASKER
There are no routing connectors between both servers other than the SMTP connector and the front-end server is not configured as a bridgehead
