Excel crashing

I have reinstalled office after the last issue with Excel crashing and after I ran a repair. I then went back in and removed the templates and re-started Excel and it worked fine for 3 days and is crashing again.

You say Excel is crashing, but that's a Word fault report?
In a readable format:

Application Failure winword.exe
12065455000 4c653e57
in csauser.dll
520263 48 494897 f
Debug 0 at offset 000031 ba

So your problem is your Csauser.dll.  and word is causing the crash not Excel.

So the solution is going to be to figure out what uses Cicso, likely a network card, and reinstall it using the latest drivers downloaded from the cisco website here:

Cisco Website Link

-SA

If winword.exe is in system32 folder then it is a malware, right-click the process and open the file location to be sure.

ASKER

My bad, it is word. I had a similar question on Excel. Thanks. We do use CSA. I will try the above fixes to see what happens.

I will give this a try as well.
Thanks. It worked. It was the CSAuser.dll. Re-naming it helped. I had to use a boot disk to get into the laptop so I could disable
