How do I Change Wireless Router Password

I have a Belkin N Wireless router that, in my exuberance for security, I gave a 25 character (excluding spaces) password, when I first set it up.  I would really like to change it to something much shorter because setting up other wireless devices, either new or after software crashes, has become a real headache.
I can't seem to find a link to reset the password.  Can this be done.
Thanks

You might be able to find it in the online manual for the router... check the manufacture's website for the manual for your specific modem.

I've always done a hard-reset of the unit (removing the existing WiFi setup) and starting from scratch.

Goo o be reminded of all the options.  I am encouraged by Rindi's comment to just leave my WPA passphrase at its current length, since apparently my initial thinking (long, mixed character, mixed case) when I set t up was appropriate.
Thanks, all.
