Are they showing up in the DHCP table on the router?
Commented:
You can:
- ask your router, if it provides a dhcp lease table.
- run a network sniffer for your lease time so you will get all dynamic configured computers
- look up every client's configuration (ipconfig /all or using gui on windows)
You must know the IP range your router is giving out or you can let your router assign an IP such as from range 192.168.1.100-192.168.1.254. If that particular pc is not within range such as 192.168.1.99; then that is static.
