Microsoft Visio adding additional pages

VBBRett asked
I have a Microsoft Visio document that I have to create and it has to be more then one page or large enough to be printed on several pages.  How do I do that?
Watch Question

Not exactly sure what your question is, but I'll give it a shot.

For Single Pages:
In the Visio Page Setup (under File) you can set the size paper you're printing to.  Visio will then size the drawing you've created to that size paper when you print it.

Multiple Drawings on One Page:
You can do this a couple of ways.  One way would be to just shrink all of your objects and create each drawing in a section of one page.  That might get a little messy though if you need to make changes.

The other option is to create each drawing on a new page.  Once you're done, on each page Select All and then Group them together.  Copy that group to a new page and size it so that your other drawings will also ft on the page.  Do that for all of your drawings and then print the one page that has everything on it.

Depending upon how detailed your drawings are, the items on the combined page may be too small to really view (assuming  you're printing on standard business size paper).  So creating a separate page in Visio and then printing all the pages as individual drawings is probably your best bet.
