also when it write like

(0)
is it open by permutation formula or combination

but how it written in a large brackets?

Permutations aren't written in the large parentheses notation,  that's combinations.

you can use P where you have C above to denote permutations,  but there isn't a parentheses notation for permutations

I guess you "could" do something like this....

P(n,r)  =   (n)    =  C(n,r) / r!

but that's not standard
