Why am I getting huge data type syntax error?

Hi,
I have some really old C++ code dating from the early 90s.  I think that at the time it was compiled successfully under Borland C++ 3.1.  I'm trying to compile it now using Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition and I'm getting a syntax error on a variable declaration of type huge.  Is the huge data type supported under Express Edition?  What would the closest equivalent data type be that is supported if it is not?
Thanks.

'huge' only was meaningful in the 16bit world, but no longer on systems with 32bits or more. Just add a hearty

#define huge

to get rid of that or manually remove all occurrances.
