excel 2003 sumproduct formula withink sumproduct formula

I'm trying to solve =SUMPRODUCT(--($B$33:$B$62<=$L$58),--($B$33:$B$62>=$K$58),(SUMPRODUCT(D33:D62,G33:G62)))

B = nov 1st to nov 30th
L58 =TODAY()-1
K58 = 11/1/11
D and G are columns of numbers

I want the solution to SUMPRODUCT(D33:D35,G33:G35) if G and D are in-between the dates of 11/1/11 and TODAY()-1 Sumproduct-Issue.xls
