You should use WPA2 Personal (pre-shared key) or Enterprise depending on your network configuration for the most secure configuration. Out of AES and TKIP, AES is the more secure. I think the smallest key you can have is 8 characters.

I am doing a wireless router at the moment and the router model is the cisco Model WRV2440N <br />
I set the SSID broadcast and I am interested that when users come to the office they see the broadcast name and connect to it using a short password of 6 OR 7 words. <br />

Can I please know what security mode and encryption shall i select : aes or TKIP. <br />
