Stop The Track Changes

I have a user that sends a word document as an attachment using Outlook. The document was created using Word 2010 and sent using Outlook 2010. The document to the user looks normal without showing the Markups. But when a user on the other end including myself recieves the attachment and we open it the document shows the Markups. I have tried this several ways and cannot get rid of the markups. I converted it to a PDF and then the markups are gone and the document looks normal. This only happens from the one machine but all those that recieve the document show markups but only from this sender. Clueless.

Fine.

But if all options under "Show Markup" are de-selected, no markup will show. Can you open the "Show Markup" drop-down and have a look? These settings are not stored with the document but with the application. So if your user is hiding all the markup, it's still in the document.

In any case, why not just accept all changes before sending the document, then there will be no more review markup.

The "Check for Issues" was the ticket. I did not know I had this option but it did find the problem and corrected it. Thank you so much!!!!
