In the middle of Exchange 07 -> Exchange 2010 migration:  New server won't accept e-mail.

I'm in the middle of 2007-2010 migration and I'm doing pretty well, but every e-mail seems to want to route back through my old 2007 exchange server to be delivered.  How do I server all dependencies from the old server.

I have all the mailboxes migrated, but can't shut off the old box as the new exchange server won't accept delivery.  I get a "client was not authenticated" error.

Thanks in advance.
