Symantec Backup Exec with exception error
This is using Symantec Backup Exec 2010 r3. The backup log shows the following exception error:
Backup of \\ts.abcdefgh.local\System
VSS Snapshot warning. File %BeBootDrive%\bootmgr is not present on the snapshot.
Why this error occur? any way to avoid?

Hi. Did you updated to R3 and forgot to update the client also?

This is an Symantec Backup Exec 2010 r3 original package. all agents were pushdown during setup. Later on, I clicked the Liveupdate, and found that it is 2010 3 sp1 now. So, that mean I have to push down the agent again?
