Would you explain more please.

How did you try to read the printed barcode, and was it a clear printing?

Did you try to read some others (not printed by your App.) and it worked?

Some VCL Components are available to create barcodes directly, did you try that?

My barcode reader is 100% working. Only the barcodes printed through my software is not working. I also have a barcode component which works fine. I want to do it without a component

OK, what is the difference between the same barcode (BC) that you generate by using the font and the other component(s)?

Since the generated BC, by the font, is technically a text, make sure it's showing complete BC and there is no missing part due to the size of the label or whatever the viewing control is, that you are using at the QR.

I think that you are using a code39 barcode font and not an EAN13.
try to add a star * before and after your code.
For instance if you want to print 1234, try to print *1234*
