Only new Contatcs in Dynamics CRM Online gets synced to Outlook

My Outlook data filters are intact. Update Company fields with parent account name is ticked. I have also ticked "Match all contacts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM" and "Match all items in Microsoft Dynamics CRM" for other record types.

Problem is, that none of the old residing CRM contacs gets synchronized, even after waiting for 7 hours. If I make a new dummy contact it gets synchronized immediately. There are no visible difference between dummy contact and old ones.
