Modify code to contain actual Title of Page

The code pasted below produces this page www.frugalmule.com/current-project.  It is used to place a link to the page into the body of the user's email after the "Click to Send Email" link is pressed, and it does this task well.  I am now trying to get it to also put the actual title of the page into the subject area of the email.  The desired result is illustrated in this screenshot http://screencast.com/t/9ZYouuRe
