What is the latest Symantec Endpoint Protection virus definition to protect against new MS 0-day vulnerability (11/4/2011 rev. 002 or 11/4/2011 rev. 36)?

What is the latest virus definitions for Symantec Endpoint Protection? In SEPM i see two versions with the same date.  11/4/2011 rev. 002 and 11/4/2011 rev. 36.  Are both OK to protect computers from MS Windows 0-day vulnerability?

Microsoft Windows (including XP, Vista, 7, and Server 2003/2008) is
susceptible to an 0-day vulnerability that is being actively exploited in
the wild by the W32.Duqu worm. By enticing the target to view a malicious
Word document, typically sent as an email attachment, the worm exploits a
previously unknown vulnerability in the Win32k TrueType font parsing engine
to exploit arbitrary code on the target's machine.
