error 515 - Power supply fan not dectected HP DC7700
I am working on a computer that is giving me a error saying "515 - Power supply fan not dectected I tested with another power supply from a
working workstation and same issue. I reset the bios by holding down the yellow button on the motherboard for 5 seconds. and same issue.
I have tried two different power supply's and the same issue. As soon as I turn the computer on the power supply fan start spinning like an airplane engine. I thought it was the CPU and tested with another CPU. Same issue. I had never seen this issue before. And I've been working with desktop for a long time.
your help is very much appreciated.

@thakurdinesh - OP is mentioning this: "power supply fan start spinning like an airplane engine" -> this means that there is no feedback from power supply to main board. So disabling is not the right option I'm afraid.

I appreciate all your comments I am waiting for the motherboard to try it out. I am Also suspecting It is the motherboard. But I read on the Internet someone had a similar issue and he replaced the motherboard and the same issue remained. Hopefully it doesn't happen to me. as I don't know what other part I can replace To resolve the issue.
Hi, I expect that will fix your issue as I'm thinking it's either the connector on your mb or the mb itself :)

thank you it was the MB
I would recommend you to look into BIOS if there is any option to disable this warning at the start up. In many BIOS are options to disable some of the POST. If not, then unfortunately the problem is with Motherboard.
