Excel 2003 - VBA to delete all check boxes, radios, buttons etc

I would like some code that will delete all such objects from a Worksheet. That code should deal with each type separately i.e.
Sub GetRidofRubbish
Remove Check boxes
Remove Radios
Remove Buttons
End Sub
