Hi
I have a Validated cell named FoR4
The data against which it is validated is a range B100:B257 which may contain between 1 and 157 unique values.  The number of values is unknown from one run of the code to the next.
I would like two buttons:
- one on the left of FoR4 which moves up the validated list
- one on the right of FoR4 which moves down the validated list
In both cases the code needs to test for
-  the existence of another value i.e. can't use B99
- that the value is not null i.e. there may be 50 values from B100 down to B150 so if trying to move down the list further the code needs to do nothing

Only strong variable names, and structured code please ...
Anyone able to help please?
