How to make a table header repeat at new page in Word

Hello,
I would like a table header to be repeated at the top of each new page.
My Word document (template) contains 3 different tables, which each can grow across one page.
Can my document be configured to repeat the given table header, or only for one header pr. document.
Example:
Table 1: Short summary (single column)
Table 2: Detailed instruction (single column)
Table 3: Action list (with multiple columns)
If table 2 grows across a page break - I would like the 'Detailed instruction' heading to be repeated, and if table 3 grows across a page break - the action list heading should be repeated.

I have tried configuring the table with 'repeat header row on new page' but it does not work as expected ....

Note that more than one top row in any table can be selected for repetition

Thanks a lot - works fine now :-)
Obviously the selection of Print Preview / Print layout mode was important also.
