DNS related to same domain

We recently changed ISP providers.  Im having an internal issue now that I think we had in the past but cant remember how we corrected.  Internally, our domain is CityA.mo.us. I cannot get to the webpage of another city when I type the address ci.CityB.mo.us.

Its obviously a DNS issue.  Is this at the provider level or is there something I need to have internally on my dns server to push out.

Run command >ci.CityB.mo.us

Check which IP you get for above internally

Then check the domain name zone file here: http://www.kloth.net/services/dig.php

This will tell you whether those A records are hosted externally

Yes it displays an outsie IP when I ping it.  It doens reply but it resloves to an outside source.  Funny I am abble to go to the browser and type http://ci.CityB.mo.us without www. and then it comes up now.  That still doesnt seem right and feels like it is within but maybe it is them having issues.
