Refresh read-only document edited by another user
I have a document that is used by two user on my network. One user edits the document, and the other just opens a read-only version to view it.
Is there a way for the second user to 'refresh' the document to view the latest changes done by the first user? I have been having him close the document and then reopen it, but I was wondering if there is a faster way.

Perhaps I didn't explain clearly enough.
I only need one user to edit the document. The first user keeps the document open, and edits it throughout the day. The second user opens the document purely for viewing purposes. What I am looking for is a way for the second user to "refresh" the document, to see the new changes done by the first user, without having to close and reopen the document.

The answer is the same. For changes to be visible, the person doing the changes must save the document, otherwise those changes are only in memory. Then the reader must close the document and re-open it so the the changes are now in the reader's memory.

The person doing the changes keeps saving.
There is no way for the reader to refresh the document without reopening it?

Thanks! That did the trick!
For accuracy, I should mention that there is a Master/Subdocument functionality where the document can be spread across a number of files while can be opened individually, but it is very fragile, and tends to corrupt documents.
