vbc.exe
Running Visual STudio 2008 in our department
On my PC when I run my web in debug, I can see vbc.exe starting and ending several times
On my teammates...
the vbc.exe comes up 4 times
The WebServer.exe two times
And the localhost never starts.
Any ideas?

For the same website? Running in same configuration?

Yes...I'm about to have out IT guys just reimage the PC and reload everything.
Never seen this before
Already shut down everything to basics, and reset Visual Studio to Web Development Environment

Because the Browser won't start...debug won't run...etc..

Any compile errors?

Yeah...
First on JustCOde...and Telerik Install
Then on Telerik Controls themselves
Went through list...uninstalled everything added on until just VS 2008 with SP1 was installed with default Wev Development settings
localhost browser just cycles and cysles and then times out.
No debug errors...Browser just won't start.
Tries setting to IE, Internal, Firefox...same thing.

Solved with a reinstall of OS Image.
