End user is attempting to select the Tools drop down in outlook. When he clicks on it the drop down box which contains address book, out of office and other features, the drop down box never drops and he isn't able to access said tools. <br />

I have uninstalled and re-installed two times now and still the same issue with his outlook tools. <br />

Is ther anything i can do to reset saved settings within outlook ?
