Sun hardware POST message
I receive the following message on the console from the POST for a SunBlade 2000 and would like to understand what it means and what I should do about it:
WARNING :: probe-3dram64 catching ID mismatch at 3dram-id[rank= 0x0000.002, interleave= 0x0000.003]= 0x0000.000
WARNING :: probe-3dram64 catching ID mismatch at 3dram-id[rank= 0x0000.002, interleave= 0x0000.003]= 0x0000.000
Looks like something to do with the graphics card.

The workstation has two graphics cards installed (which supports 3 monitors). To which card is the error message related? Does the message indicate a problem or is it benign? If there is a problem with one of my graphics cards is there anything I can do short of replacing the "faulty card"? I still don't understand what the message is trying to tell me.

I'm inclined to agree. All 3 monitors are working as I intend them to. I also googled the message without finding anything that pointed me to an answer. So other than the fact that the message annoys me if I am watching the boot up process, I think it can be safely ignored. Nothing unusual shows up in /var/messages either. I was just hoping somebody had run across it before and could shed a little light. Thanks for your help.
