How to reduce a VHD Hyper-V fixed disk? in a 2008 R2
Hello I need to reduce and 400GB Hyper-V fixed disk.
I tried to do with Norton Ghost Cloning to a new 200Gb fixed disk but, when i tried to install the Norton Ghost it tell me that the version of Operatig System was not supported.

Check out VHD Resizer. http://vmtoolkit.com/files/default.aspx
Boot the server from the CDROM, BartPE, Clonezilla, GParted LiveCDROM, do not install it on the server!

Leew: I reed about HVD resizer but never try it, I reed that don't resize the partition only the disk, Have you experience reducing hyper-v VHD's .
