No, you should not have that same limitation, I don't believe that max 10 you're referring to applies to incoming TCP connections.

I made a web application (php and mysql) and I want to run this application on a intranet.
I installed wamp on a windows xp computer and I know that windows xp allow max 10 current connections.
My question is if I use wamp(installed on a windows xp computer) I will have the same limitation?
Thank you!
