Will removing a sub domain harm the child domain
I have a domain , I created a sub domain a few days ago
The domain structure is as follows
Child domain, windows 2003
I have several 2003 boxes as well as two windows 2008 domain controllers
I have not moved FISMO roles yet
The sub domain was created on a windows 2008 standard server, I would now like to remove it.
My question is will that in any way harm the child domain.

Please don't mis-read me, I just wanted to make sure. I have a mixed eniroment of 2003 domain controlles which have the roles, and some 2008 DC which are joined to the domain.
So yes I have some fears about pulling the trigger.
After the last DC question
I get ...delete all active directory partitions on this active directory domain controller
As well as the delete DNS question
