I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 running Remote Desktop Services and we have Maximizer setup for the users. The Maximizer support guys setup a custom add in for Word to save to maximizer. The button shows up for the 2 admin users but not for the other users. You can enable the add in for them, the button just doesnt display. The odd thing is I temporarily added the user to the same security groups that the admin accounts are members of and it still doesnt work. The Maximizer support guys have does this for a few clients without issue. Any ideas out there? I am wondering if it is an RDP issue. <br />
