DRP App Suggestion

Hello Experts

I have a client that needs a DRP solution for his company.
The scenario is this:
At the first site we have a server with ESXi installed and has an exchange 2010, sap bushiness one (SQL),
At the second site we will have a second server with ESXi on it as well,
The connection between the two sites will be with two Fortigate 80c series routers connected via "site to site VPN".
My question is witch of the two applications will give us a replicate of the vm's to the second site.
The two applications are:
1. Veeam backup and replication 5
2. Double Take Availability

thank you.

Veeam backup and replication 5
Veeam will replicate at the vmdk layer (i.e. each VM) whereas Doubletake is generally used on top of the Windows OS layer and replicates blocks to another OS at target side

Thx guys.
hanccocka - will the fortigate be able to successfully route all DNS queries which points to the exchange 2k10 on the DRP site in case of disaster ?
Disaster is another issue and question.

This is replication, which is different to Disaster Recovery.
We're looking for a DRP solution.
Would Appericaete your input on the above configuration.

Many thx
