Migrate Windows ACL's

We are in the middle of a domain migration, this migration is to a new forest rather then a child domain.  We have some extensive file shares with some very badly configured ACLS.

At the moment we have synced our Active Directory so the new domain has all the groups as the old domain.  What I am hoping for, is a way I can add all the groups (with the same name) from the new domain to the ACLs of the file shares.  I don't want to replace just yet as we haven't migrated the users, just want to add them.  Is there a way that this can be done via script or a tool that I can use?

Cheers
