Firefox keeps redirecting me to other sites

Have you tried reseting firefox to default settings?

Disable all your add-ons and see if it disappears.
If so restore add-ons individually starting with those you trust most and determine which is the culprit.

Also worth a scan of your system using the latest version of Malwarebytes Antimalware.

If it just happens when you go to links from a Google search then try using GooRedFix to correct it

I would check the proxy settings and the hosts file contents. C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

There is a google redirect virus that infects the router.

Does your router still have its default password?

The first step in clearing it up is to reset and secure the router.
