Where are the Realplayer playlists?

A customer uses Realplayer as their main media player. Due to PC issues, we've had to back up data, blow their system away and start again. The question is, where are the real player playlists stored that I can transfer them? There also doesn't seem to be a feature in Realplayer to allow for the exporting/ importing of playlists, but maybe I'm asking too much from this program!

I've had a good look online and have not been able to find the solution, so I'd love it if you could set me straight as the customer really does want his playlists transferred (and doesn't wish to move to iTunes although, in my opinion (even as a 'PC guy'), it is a far superior product.

Nobus, I couldn't get into Realplayer originally as the customer had downloaded the latest version of RealPlayer, but this wasn't compatible with his machine. Since then, I've found the original download, installed successfully, and imported the playlists from an external drive where the playlists were amazingly backed up to.

Thanks again for your help - all working perfectly now!
