Active Directory Utility

I'm looking for a utility that will allow me to give a user access to active directory to change the address/telephone information only.... drives my boss crazy because we don't have this information in there and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to do it.... I probably already know the answer but also know there are some pretty good utilities out there...

The new customizable thing built into Windows is called Active Directory Administrative Center. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd560647(WS.10).aspx

The idea was to provide something a lot more easily customized than Active Directory Users and Computers and useable by non-expert admins.

No need for utilities. You can delegate control to users or groups in Active Directory to do specific tasks.
