guys thank you both for your suggestions, it was one of those instances whereby we were never able to reproduce the error when I was onsite, I actually touched base with her a couple of days ago and she said the issue is still happening??

Got a user whose indicated her machine would randomly hang at startup in the morning, and the only way to get around this would be undock the laptop, remove the battery, dock back in again and startup the machine, found the following error in event logs which could possbly have something to do with it? (see attached) <br />
Any ideas?<br />
