Hi, 
 
I ordered some extra ram for my ACER G330 server. I requested 2 x 2GB DDR2 ECC modules for the server model from the supplier who provided the original server hardware. 
 
What I got wont let the server boot when installed. 
 
Is this ECC ram? Is it suitable?

Is this DDR2 RAM ECC and suitable for a server?

Servers are computing devices that are similar to desktop computers in that they have the same basic components, but are significantly different in size, configuration and purpose.
