Dear All,

I would like to know what is the best way to export VM on two ESXi differents hardware through Vcenter.
My steps are :
Open VI client and browse the datastore that the VMs are on. Then download the VM files to usb drive.
Shutdown the VM I want to export
Click on the host machine
Summary
Right Click datastore)
Browse
Select the files I want to keep
Click the Download a file to host machine button

Reading a couple of post they said it is not the good idea because of UUID references in the vmx files. I would like to have minimun issues when starting up the exported VM on the new server.

Thks in advance
